This is the website where I found these two websites and it has heaps more amazing photography websites that I love.
I deffinantly agree with you on these websites, especially Lara Jades work, I am really impressed with how she does her portraits of the women, getting a personality out of them through their eyes and facial expressions. It is really hard to make photography look this good and easy which I would also like to be able to take photos like them as well.
